Experience:  Primary Directress at Montessori School - St. Clair since 1984; Directress at the Edwardsville Montessori School, 1975-84; Classroom Assistant at the Edwardsville Montessori School, 1973-75; Kindergarten and First Grade public school student teaching for state certification, 1973.

KAREN HALE

Primary Directress (ages 2½-6)
Education: A.M.I.* 3-6+ Certificate from the Montessori Training Center of St. Louis, Missouri, 2004; Two years of college credit towards Education degree; continuing education in obtaining full accreditation at Southwestern Illinois College with transfer to Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

Experience:  Lower Elementary Assistant at Montessori School - Granite City, 1995-2003; five years experience as classroom Assistant in the Special Education Department, Dorchester and Charleston County School District, Charleston, SC.

SUSAN JUNCK

Business Administrator
Experience:  Business Administrator at the Montessori School - St. Clair since June 2006; Office Manager, Insurance Administrator, and Doctor's Assistant for Dr. Mitchell Needleman, D.P.M. in Swansea, IL, 1990-2006; Executive Secretary to the Director of the St. Louis Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans, 1980-88.
